Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
How do you get past that guy in front of the gym in Mahogany town?who gave a rare candy and told visiting lighthouse,pharmacy.but I don't know what to do in light house & pharmacy....

No one in Mahogony gives you a Rare Candy.
There is a man who gives you a RageCandyBar. He will only let you pass once you complete everything you are supposed to do.

In order to get past him, you must travel to Olivine City and go to the top of the Lighthouse -- which you can find by walking right from either the Pokemon Centre or the Market. After you've talked to Jasmine at the top of the lighthouse, travel across the sea from the beach located to the South to Olivine City to Cianwood City. One of the houses there will be a pharmacy who will give you the medicine you need. There's also a gym there and to the North you'll find Suicune, who'll then again run away.
After, travel back to the lighthouse, talk to Jasmine and give Ampharos the medicine. Then, after you've beaten her, you can travel to Blackthorn City, if you've also beaten the Mahogany Town gym.
