How do you get all the eevee evolutions plus eevee itself?

You receive a free Eevee from Bill. Once you have received it, I would breed it. It's the only Eevee you can find / obtain in the game. I would recommend you breed five eggs, so you can get all of Eevee's Evolutions. If you give one of the Eevees a Fire Stone, then it will evolve into Flareon. If you give one of the Eevees a Water Stone, then it will evolve into Vaporeon. If you give one of the Eevees a Thunder Stone, then it will evolve into Jolteon. If one of the Eevees is leveled-up with maxium happiness during the day, then it will evolve into Espeon. If one of the Eevees in leveled-up with maxium happiness at night, then it will evolve into Umbreon. You must Trade to obtain Glaceon and Leafeon.

Get a Ditto and A eeve evolution and put them in day care

Get eevee from bill, make sure it's a female, get a ditto, drop em in a daycare, wait a while, and get 5 eggs. To evolve them: give thunder, fire, water stones, level up while max happiness in night, and the same as the one before, but make sure it's during day.

You can also obtain eevee as a prize in celadon citys game corner, you need 6,666 points to get it, an easy way to cheatin voltorb flip is to look for one of the side cards with 0 voltorb, keep on doing that and you will get a lot of points very quickly
