Where is the best place to train before the 7th gym. My Pokemon are:
Quivlia 28
Ampharos 31
Vaporeon 31

I would recommend you train on Route 42, Route 43, and the Lake of Rage.

It'll take a bit of time but go to the grass area before the safari zone and train there. Or possibly on the water below(make sure you have the exp. Share from mr. Pokemon!!)
I took a lvl 23 electrode there and trained him up to lvl 46 in about an hour!
