Bad eggs generally don't hatch. They're just in your party to take up space. If you force one to hatch through a code though, you'll be in trouble, because it'll re-hatch with every step you take, and only hatch into another bad egg. I'd suggest getting rid of it if you have one.

Bad Eggs are punishment for hacking your game. They are designed to not hatch and be near impossible to get rid of. They can also freeze your game. I would suggest moving what Pokemon and items you want to another game and restarting the game. This is the only sure fire way to get rid them. Don't trade any hacked items or Pokemon because this could create more Bad Eggs.
