I would guess it needs to be the event Arceus in order to activate that little storyline. You most likely got the Action Replay code for a regular Arceus. If you would like the event kind, I know a member that's great at making the Action Replay codes for them. Just visit our Pokemon Action Replay forum located here to start a thread and request it. Alternatively, you could get it traded to you using our Pokemon Trading forum located here. Good luck.

You could use a cheat that would give you an event arceus or just use the azure flute cheat in diamond or pearl. And good luck! And also you can get either a: dilga,palkia or a girtina with the event
