Without an AR Code, you can only get one Master Ball throughout the game. You can receive it from Professor Elm after you have defeated the eigth Gym Leader.

No there is another way trading. A pokemonina trade may be holding one

Another way is if you give a Pokemon a master ball and then make it have an egg the Pokemon in the egg will hold a master ball so you will have 2 and you can keep doing it
