First, you must get the Expansion Card from someone in the Radio Tower that is located in Lavander Town. Next, go into the part of your C-Gear that you can hear music. Next, move the "blinking dot" to the tip top of the "circle". Once you have done this, the Poke Flute will be playing.

Ok you have to get the missing part to the power plant if you don't do that you won't get the expanching card

You have to go to kanto and go to lavender town and go to the radio tower and speak to all pepole at the first floor and a man will give you the pokeflute

You don't get a pokeflute....you get the pokeflute channel first go to the power plant in kanto talk to a police man in the power plant go to mistys gym and look near the tubes for the missing peice. Bring it back to the power plant and the go to the radio tower also in kanto and ask a guy in the brown suit for the card and then keep moveing the dot until you see the pokeflute channel and when it's on talk to the snorelax but beware you must battle it it's a lv.50 and if you want to catch it either use ultra balls heavy ball and if night use dusk balls also.
