Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
After I defeted the "Bird" Gym leader Flakener my brother said that the gym leader gives you "flying" power for your bird type Pokemon .. He didn't give me it so how do you get it ?

When you beat the flying type gym you get a tm that contains a flying type move, but that's it. It's the fighting type gym that gives you the ability to use fly.
