If you've already battled it, then no. As with most legendaries in the Pokemon games, it's a one shot kind of thing. If you kill it, it doesn't come back. Sorry.

I killed entie and it came back but idk about ho oh

That is unles you made it faint in wich case you need to beat the Pokemon leage than go to the bell tower
