Alright. Well I'll tell you now, there isn't a way to evolve it into Glaceon or Leafeon in this Soul Silver game. As for Umbreon and Espeon...

Espeon - Get the Eevee's happiness to a very high level and level it up during the day time to evolve it.

Umbreon - Get the Eevee's happiness to a very high level and level it up during the night time to evolve it.

So is it actually possible to evolve them into those Pok�mon? Like in Pok�mon Platinum Version?

Yes. To evolve into Glaceon/Leafeon, you'll need to do it in either a Platinum version, or Black/White version.

I have tried getting a Glaceon and a Leafeon it did not work, what you have to do is get Pokemon cheats card which is what I have but I can't use it on my game which is why I am getting Pokemon heart gold which is better. You may think that is not a very good choice because you wont get Lugia (Legendary) but are you sure? My brother has got all the legendarys and he wants to trade me a rare Pokemon! So you need to get platinum or black/white or the other thing is getting the cheats card to get a Glaceon or a Leafeon! Thanks for reading.
