I honestly haven't heard of a code like that. I know theres codes that will give you all items. Though if you want you could ask someone to make you a code that gives you a Lugia with the item. Just go to this forum here. Make a topic there and fill out the Pokesav format that can be found here. You'll be able to get a Lugia with the moves nature and everything that you want.
