Arceus is an event only Pokemon. The event is already over though. Only way now to get it is through trading or using an Action Replay code. If you have wifi try asking for one in the Pokemon Trading Forum. Someone there may be able to trade you one.

Sorry, but you can only obtain ARCEUS through an event that is over now. Nintendo may organize a new event for him, though. But until that the only ways to get ARCEUS are to migrate, trade, use Game Shark, or use Action Replay. There is a trading forum at this site:

You can also use a DNS code to get Arceus. Just look up "how to use DNS codes pokemon" (they're easy to use, I just don't feel like explaining) and then you can either look for the code or go to pokegts.us and make your own Arceus.
