No, those are the only ways to get money in the game. Unless you have an Action Replay and use a max money code. Though if you have the item Amulet Coin make a Pokemon hold it while in battle. This will double the money you'll get at the end of the battle.

Where do you get the Amulet Coin? I have also heard there is an Insence that also doubles the money. I would also like to know what the Insence is and where I could find it.

You can go to the underground in goldenrod, buy a bunch of nuggets for 4500, and sell them for 5,000
