Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
Pokemon Soul Silver can transfer Pokemons from other game packs such as Pokemos Ruby version but unfortunately not all of them. So my question is how can I transfer my Rayquaza, Starmie, Seadra between others to my Pokemon Soul Silver?

Those Pokemon know HMs. Find the move deleter and have your Pokemon forget their HM moves. That simple.

I already tried to do that... I erased all the moves that my starmie knew and used a Heart Scale to make it learn an old move but still it won't transfer.
