Question for Pokemon Soul Silver

i have a couple questions about some action replay codes. is there a code for max or infinite coins for the game corner? is there a code to get every move? is there a code to teach a pokemon any move? if you have any of these code or could possibly make them it would be much appreciated and would really help me out. thank you
