gave magic potion to wrong person
I gave the magic potion to the Steel Gym leader but was told I should have given it to the person gaurding the ice cave. Can I fix this to get access to the Ice Cave?

I do not remember anything about given the potion to the person guarding the Ice Cave. I do remember that you had to give the Ampharos in the light house the potion. I do not think you did anything wrong. I think you have to defeat Team Rocket in both Mahogany Town and Goldenrod City, before you can go into the Ice Cave.
