Currently, there is no legitimate way to obtain a celebi in Soul Silver or Heart Gold. There may be an event in the future that gives you one, however, and you may also be able get one through the Global Trade Station or using the Action Replay.

The only way I can think of obtaining it is getting it traded over from another game, seeing as that's how I did it. We have a trading forum on site if you want to try it. If not, you can always use an Action Replay to obtain it.

hey i know how to get celebi in pokemon soulsilver first you need a action replay for ds or dsi you can get theese at toys r us they cost $20 or so.
then you go to the code manager after you donload the action replay software, then you enter the event code below
Celebi:press L R at the same time to activate

Im not 100% sure but i heard that thers this event when you bring a pichu to the illex forest shrine and i think it has something to do with celebi. Not 100 percent sure. I haven't tested it.
