When will the Candy Man move?
The man who sold me the Rage Candy Bar is blocking the way to Blackthorn City. How do I get him to move?

1 catch/ beat Red Gyarados
2 talk to Lance
3 go to the small shop/ rocket hide out and beat the crap out of everybody and the electrode
4 get mohogony badge
5 go to golden rod radio tower first (beat rockets) and then underground (beat rockets/ save chairman) and back to the radio tower and beat the crap out of the rockets there for the last time.
6 collect rewards and then move on to Blackthorn city

He won't stop bothering you until you fight the Gyarados at the Lake of Rage, clear the Team Rocket Headquarters that is in the Souvenier Shop, beat the Mahogany gym, and then defeat Team Rocket at the Radio Tower in Goldenrod City.

You're going to have to do a lot of backtracking through the game to take down Team Rocket first. After you take them down at the radio tower, he should move out of the way.

you also need to go to the lighthouse and get to the top by taking the stairs. after you talk to the girl at the top you need to go out to cianwood city and go to the doctor out there. he will give you something to heel the sick pokemon. fly back to the light house in olivine city and take the elevator to the top. go talk to the girl and heal the pokemon. after that the guy should move!
