where to find suicune?

I've gone to rt.25 and got rid oe misty and went back but suicune isn't there.Is there anything else I've got to do?

You need to have seen it on the following places:

1. Burned Tower
2. North of Cianwood City
3. At the three Apricot trees on the middle Island on route 42.
4. On the way between S.S Anne and Vermilion City.
5. On route 12.
6. Finaly: Route 25.

what do you mean by between vermillion cty and ss anne

You have to get off the SS aqua and you will arrive at Vermilion city in Kanto. You will see suicune when you exit the SS aqua and Eusine will come there.

Suicune? You have to chase that thing all over the two regions in this game. It will first appear just north of Cianwood City. You'll have a little run in there, then you will be able to find it outside the entrance of Mt. Mortar in Route 42. After that little area, it will leave Johto and appear in the Kanto region, where you can find it in Vermillion City soon after you arrive. The next stop on your little journey is in Route 14 where it will run away for the last time, only to be found outside Bill's House in Route 25 after Misty has returned to her gym. This is the encounter that will finally end in a battle between you and Suicune.
