I need TM help please

In the beginning when I got the TM flash I taught it to my Pokemon and stuck it in the daycare while I was hatching and raising some of my eggs and the move flash got deleted and since now that I'm at the whirl islands and I need flash to get through(which I can get through without it but I might need it for the future)and I was wondering there is any way I can get the TM again without having to start over.Also if there is a pal park maybe someone could let me know about it and I can get a Pokemon that knows flash from my GBA games

You can get flash at the Goldenrod City Department Store on the 5th floor for 1,000 dollars. Also the pal park is located in Fuchsia city in the Kanto region.

To get flash I believe you can got to the goldenrod department store and they sell it there. I can't remember what floor it's on though sorry.

If you need Flash again, just go to the Goldenrod department store and buy it. It's fairly cheap so you shouldn't have to spend too much money on it.
