How do you get to Lugia in Soul silver?

I've been trying to get through whirlpool islands to get to Lugia but I keep getting lost in the darkness as I don't have Flash yet I can't find who gives it to you and I really want to get Lugia cos hes an awsome pokemon! So can anyone tell me how to find Flash? Thats all I need to know. I'll work the rest out myself. Thanks.

From my understanding, there are two ways to go about obtaining TM70 FLASH. First and most direct would be to beat the Elder at Sprout Tower. As a reward for beating this opponent, you will receive the TM. Second way of obtaining the TM would be to buy it at The Goldenrod Department Store. Look on the 5th floor, there should be a FLASH TM there for 1,000.

I can't find the kimono girls in whirl islands where did they go? I have looked on all four islands but I have never found one kimono girl. Where did they all go?

I'm not going to say an answer but If you haven't used your master ball from Elm yet. Use an ultra ball and not the master ball. I caught Ho-oh and Zapdos with an ultra ball. I used a dusk ball for Moltres. It is because I used an Ultra ball to get Lugia and now I regret it. So save your Master ball!! Good Luck
