Pokemon Natures/Where to train

Can anyone please give me all the types of Pokemon natures and what stat they increase the most? And does anyone know good places to train Pokemon 35-55? Because I've beaten evry trainer I could find and I don't really like switching Pokemon so it gains exp to lvl up? I think thats really time consuming......

Hmm, you can try using the VS Seeker to see if anyone will rebattle you. Otherwise, continue fighting against the Elite Four is a good way to train them up, if you've already beaten the Elite Four.

InvertAlpha answered:

However, if you have already defeated Gary, it's not a good idea to battle the Elite Four. The levels are level 58+
