i cant leave the cinawood gym
I already have the hm fly and everytime I go outside the gym I get stopped by a lady to give me that hm but she cant. Is there any way to delete a hm from your bag?

This is why you don't use an Action Replay code DURING the storyline. You're going to have to find another code to do that.

Unlike invert, there is a code that can help you. I myself did the same thing but it allowed me to accept it, so it's strange that this would happen but not unlikely. This code will delete all tm's and hm's you have:

Then once she gives you HM and you can proceed with plot, this code will give you all TM's and HM's back:
