Ho-oh re-appearing
Can I make ho-oh re-appear on soulsilver because when I battled him I ran out of pokeballs. Do you have to beat the Pokemon league again or something?

You can't make him re-apear unless you use a action replay cheat code

If you defeated or ran from it, simply beat the Pokemon League again, and if my knowledge is correct he will reappear. If you happen to fail again keep beating Pokemon League and he'll keep coming back until you catch him.

Okay, (I'm trying to make him reapear too) that makes sense.
P.S. I think u have to do that to battle the legend birds and suicine after uv koed them too
