I've heard about pokerus and I need help finding the best way to attain pokerus in soul or in heart. Can I even get pokerus in these versions?

Pokerus is a status that doubles effort values (Like a Macho Brace without the speed reducing ability). It's VERY rare and I'm unsure on if you can get on HG/SS, but I believe you can.

You can get it on HG/SS because I traded a Pokemon that had it to HG (unfortunately it was gone lol) and the nurse joy (in poke centre) mentioned about it, then I had a call from Elm talking about it, but the virus is extremely rare so it is very unlikely that you will get it on your Pokemon unfortunately. If you do manage to get it on one of your Pokemon, let it spread to other Pokemon if you want or put it in a PC box, it won't go away if it is in the PC

This virus is extremely rare and will be unlikely you will encounter it. However if you do encounter it, it will double the effort values of the Pokemon that gets inflicted with it.
