Well InvertAlpha is right but it helps to keep useing max repels to keep wild Pokemon away while you walk around

A hint from an experienced player... I did it in less than 20 minutes and it kinda depends on whether your Pokemon really likes you or not.
P.S. Use a high friendship Pokemon ex. Togetic, Crobat, Jigglypuff, Pikachu, chansey. All evolved from previous forms by high frienship
