Ho-oh in Soulsilver

As in the original Gold/Silver. Will the legendary Pokemon opposite to the game version. (Lugia in Gold, Ho-oh in Silver) Be available after completing the majority of the game?

Yes, both Pokemon are available in the game, with the opposites being available only after you have beaten all of the Kanto gyms.

Yeah,they're existent.
But you have to beat all Kanto Gyms,and have the feather,which can be obtained from a man in the Pewter City Museum.

In Pewter City, there is a man that gives you the Rainbow Feather which is required to get Ho-oh in SoulSilver. In HeartGold the man gives you a Silver Wing. Also you have to have defeated all of the Kanto Gyms before you try to catch Ho-oh.

Actually, you have to get the silver feather and beat the elite four

actually after you beat the blackthorh gyms drop by professer elms house hell tell you the girls are waitin for u go to the dance theater and beat the girlrs they give you a bell now go to the top right corner at whirl islands find your way through and the girls will dance and lugia will fly to to u

actually, all you need is the rainbow wing to summon Ho-Oh (in SoulSilver). You get it from an old man in Pewter City. You don't have to beat all the Kanto gyms. I haven't beaten Viridian City Gym yet and I still got Ho-Oh in SoulSilver

i used a quick ball my feraligater used surf - critical hit and ice face to bring it down to low health but the quick ball after only 2 turns of battle worked for me

You can't leave Johto untill you have defeated/catched Lugia... Anyways....

as soon as u can go to pewter city an old man will give u the rainbow witch the alows u to go to the Top of the bell tower( hope that helps ) :p :D

I caught Lugia (I have SoulSilver) With a Heavy ball on the first try. Also on Black I caught Reshiram first try with a nest ball.....They're all so easy to catch I never use Master Ball.

You get the rainbow wing from an old man on top of a hill by the pokemart in pewter city in the kanto region.

You only need to get the rainbow wing to catch Ho-oh. You don't need to beat the Kanto gym's or anything else. You can find the rainbow wing in Pewter City on a hill. An old man is standing there and he gives it to you. Then, you go to bell tower and go all the way up and Ho-oh should be there. This worked for me.

You go to Pewter City, and an old man will give you the feather. Then, go to Bell Tower, and got to the top. The feather summons Ho-Oh.

You do not need to beat all the Kanto gyms, you just have to beat the elite four, go to pewter city and receive the silver wing(if in Heart Gold) , or the Rainbow wing (if in soul silver) I should Know, I only have the eight badges of Johto an am at Ho-Oh in my soul silver right now.
