Uh yeah umm the bellon present things in the sky whene I shoot the bellon they don't fall out the sky how do you make them fall??

When you make the balloon pop, the present should fall out of the sky.

That is very odd the Presents from the Balloons are supposed to fall once shot...
...Unless you're having trouble aiming, that is. To aim better go to the northern edge of your town and the Balloon will enlarge itself. Shoot slightly before the Balloon sails over you and it should hit. Works every time for me.

Good question alot of people ask this
You can't be near the beach or the middle of the town. You have to be near the north part of the town. The futher up you go, the bigger the ballon gets. Then you can hit it with a rock.(slingshot)

Make sure you are at the North (top) of the town, and are aiming well, otherwise it won't hit. When you're near the ocean, I don't think it's even possible to actually hit it.
