Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

Do you get anything special from donating a lot? And I tried the cheat for foreign fruit (by sending native fruit in a letter) but they gave me wallpapers, floorings, and decorations. Why isn't it working?

Keep trying they don't always send foreign fruit but sometimes they do and it pays off because once you get it plant it and three more will grow, then plant those and so on, you make 500 bells a piece at nooks store.

You get feathers by donating certain amounts. I know you get the green feather if you donate 10,000 bells.
Sometimes that happens, Just keep trying.

Yes, you get feathers for every certain amount of donation. As for your fruit issue, just keep on going, there's nothing wrong with your game, it just takes a lot of time.

Yes, you do get something special from donating a lot. Here's a list:

Donate 10,000 Bells: Green Feather (a type of Headgear)
Donate 200,000 Bells: Blue Feather
Donate 500,000 Bells: Yellow Feather
Donate 800,000 Bells: Red Feather
Donate 1,100,000 Bells: Purple Feather
Donate 1,400,000 Bells: White Feather
Donate 6,400,000 Bells: Rainbow Feather

As for the Fruit thing, it's not a cheat. But keep trying and they should eventually give you a piece of Foreign Fruit.
