To get the barber shop you need to upgrade your house to nookingtons (the final upgrade). Once you get this upgrade you can stay in the shop past closing as long as your in her little place.

You get it by upgrading Nook's place to Nookington's. Do that by spending a certain amount of Bells and having a friend coming to your town and buying something.

You have to get the fourth installment of Nooks shop, Nookingtons. On the top floor you will find the hairdresser.

Send 240,000 at nookway and get a friend you can get them to visit youre town by wifi or get a friend aand do ds 2 ds
