Peoples I badly badly badly badly badly badly badly badly need your help PLZ
1)the hra sent me a letter saying:Due to cirsumstances out of control, I had to move. Yeah, I know. Lame. Now STOP CRYING. Geez. (WHAT THE HELL IT THAT MENT TO MEAN?????????????)
2) this wisp the gost dude thing at 04.00 am he aint in my town someone, anyone plz tell me every thing about him?

1. I am not sure I understand the first question as all I have ever gotton from the HRA is my score.
2.The ghost doesn't just stand in one spot waiting for you to find him, he moves around. And you have to catch him with your net
