Great question for a great answer!

Now, buy a Red Turnip off of Joan and plant it somewhere where you will see it.

Water it 15 times a day. It seems a bit much so here's a tip. Visit your town once a day and water 15 times then and there. Much easier.

Now, wait until Wendel comes along. He will one day (I've been waiting with my turnip for 3 or 4 weeks!).

Hope I helped!

Well, you could give him the seed, but the turnip is probably more... Edible. He'll eat ANYTHING, (including garbage, furniture, etc.,) but he only gives you stuff if he likes the food.
