Ways to make money:
1. Pick up seashells and sell (not much bells)
2. Grow foreign fruit (ie fruit different from the fruit growing in your town). Each native fruit is worth 100 bells, foreign fruit is worth 500 bells.
3. Catch Bugs and sell
4. Pick the new flowers (6 per day) and sell (not much bells)
5. Dig up the 3 buried Fossils plus Gyroids and sell (fossils - good bells)
6. Fish a lot! And sell
7. Send letters to your neighbours and attach a cheap item eg shells or 100 bells and your neighbours will *usually* reply with an item attached eg furniture or wall that's worth a lot more than the item you sent. Sell it and you're in profit.
