i dont think you can it just happens try some random day in the spring it rains more then

I think your right.Because once I wanted to talk to one of my recents(Ruby) so I made it lunch time and when I left my house it started raining!P.S.It was not raining before.

you cant make it rain but just try some time in aprl or may it rains more often then

I do not think you can make it rain but if you play in the spring it has a better chance of raining

If you are playing in the spring,skip to a random day in spring. Then go to the beach. Gulliver should be lying there, after all spring is the rainy season! Talk to him mutipule times and he should wake up and ask you a question. From then on, Gulliver will be known to you and you can talk to him as you have now befriended him.

I heard that if you have a TV the weather report will come on once you turn it on and wait patiently and then it might say ''rainy'' the next day it will rain
