Joan the turnip lady won't give me Red turnips. Any time I talk to her..

She doesn't sell to time travellers!!! Go to the correct day on a sunday and she'll give you red ones.

Ok. You might wanna be a little patient. She only sells one red turnip each sunday. Only one! And please don't time travel. It's so annoying when people get all sorts of problems because of it. She will have a red turnip if you're a little patient!

Be patient.
Wait for an exact whole week and then go on Animal Crossing and she should have some red turnips with her.
Any one need help with growing the red turnips because I can help you on that too!

She says:
"Oh I'm sorry I'm all out of red turnips today. Come back next sunday and I'll see if I CAN'T remember to pack more"

Yes she acutally says can't.

It's really annoying cause my friend, she gets them EVERYTIME! I have only gotten maybe two turnips for the whole two years I've been playing. And both died, for no reason!

the same thing is happening to me! and i didn't time travel! i don't know what to do. this is the second time it happened. so frustrating! maybe if i buy some white turnips, she will need to restock by the next week. im going to try. it might not work though

I don't know really whats happend but I have been trying for about 6 months to try get more red turnips and she NEVER has them, I mean what the hell is going on haha! Also I never time travel :/

I bought a red turnip last week, and I talked to her this sunday and she said she has no red turnips left in stock! I don't time travel and I didnt buy a turnip already today!

Hey fellow time travelers! I am a time traveler myself, and whenever I skipped to sunday to ask joan for red turnips she said she would try to remember to pack extra. I kept time skipping to sundays so she would give me some red turnips. She was always out. So I found a trick that I think will work for the time travelers. It worked for me but I'm not sure if it will work for others. Still you should try it to see if it will work. So heres the trick. Make it sunday on your game. Go to settings on your ds and instead of changing the date on the game (on the phone in the attic) you change the date on your ds.you can do this by starting your ds and instead of clicking on the game you click on the picture of the little ds on the bottom. Simply go to the picture of the blue clock and calendar.then click on the calendar that pops up on the top. Change the date to a week forward. This makes joan think that you waited a whole week. Go to your game and it says that it is now a week forward, which is still a sunday. Go to joan and she will sell you red turnips! I was so happy when I figured this out! Keep in mind that ther is a small possibility that it will not work, but it has worked for me and all my friends when I told them about it!

For those of you who time travel and want a golden axe, I Know how to fix this problem.

Read this carefully

1. Go to your DS settings.

2. Go to the calendar

3.change the calendar to the same day as it is in your Game.

However it effects the game. It travels back a couple of days. And when the day you asked joan for a red turnip, she%u2019ll say she%u2019s out of stock. So this means you DON%u2019T time travel and play day by day until you finally reach next Sunday.

Other Time Traveling consequences:

Resetti will never appear.

No spotlight items.

I want to get red turnips. So I can get a golden axe but Joan always says she hasn't got any then says I'll remember to pack a extra pack but when I go to the next Sunday she doesn't have any. What should I do?

Oh yeh boo boo I only got a white turnip so yeh. Try try anything you can 4 it 2 work. It is kinda stupid but I want k.k sliders pic. I need his pic. He is hot!!

Change the date on your actual DS then go on to animal crossing and make sure it's the same time, then make sure it's a Sunday and go find Joan, on my game she is usually around at about 9 - 11 am. The glitch is annoying and stops you from making your money - le cry- but this should work as I have read many posts when it did, it also worked for me too!

This happens to me as well. It can be annoying but as previously said somewhere below, change the game time to a Sunday, then change the actual DS/DSi console's time to a week later. It worked for me so hope this helps
