Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

So I tried sending a letter with a rose in it to a male animal for 30 days. His name is Drake. Also when he asked for clothes I gave him a tux. HE STILL HASN'T ASKED ME!!! I'm still sending him red roses every day. Is there another way to marry him!!!!!!!!???????

From what I am aware you can not get married in this game. Many people have had issues with trying to marry characters and I have not seen any answers to any of them. I'm sorry I could not help
