Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

Hi folks, long time no see.

A friend of mine shot down the golden slingshot in Animal Crossing: Wild World. But the case fell in the water and got lost.

My question is:

Will the balloon with the golden slingshot come again? Or has my friend lost their chance at getting the golden slingshot for good?

Don't worry!!!Your freind just needs to shoot down 14 balloons the the 15th will be the golden slingshot!!!
