Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

I registered my friend's code and we've visited each others town, but I can't find where to send her mail. Where do you go to send mail to other towns?

You go to The Town Hall, the building in the middle of town with the stoney ground in front of it. When you go in there will be two counters, one with a envelope(2nd one) and the first one, where you can change town related stuff) and a duck behind the counter. You can send mail there.

You have to be standing in your friend's town at the time of writing the letter, (so that you can address it to him/her,) and mail it in his/her town's post office.
