Well my friend and I are trying to go to each others towns,we both have WIFI,we have each others friend codes,but when we go to each others towns,Cooper says:For some curious reason,you cannot go out now.What are we doing wrong??????please answer back ASAP please!!!!!!!thanxs XD

This is my guess, but I'm assuming one of you doesn't have very good connection. You should check your connection speed and if one or both of your connections are slow, try finding ways to make it go faste. You may just have to do something simple like turn your modem off and on or you may have to call someone to help.
