No need to respond the bottle mail is fake unless you are in tag mode then your bottle mail could have come from a friends town. And that also means your bottle mail can return to there town. Also when it says dear some stranger that is from a different town like yours like people like you. And when it says something different at the top it's a fake made up letter the game automatically sends you.
