Is there any specific day where people such as wedell( the fat walrus) and Sahara, well I thing thats her name, ( the camel that sells carpet) and pascual come to town? Or is it just randomized?

I think it's randomized. At least Pascal comes whenever "he" wants to. i know this isn't a big help, sorry :)
