Hi! I know that to get Nookingtons you need to spend atleast 240,000 bells at nookway and have a friend to buy something at Nookway for you to get Nookingtons. But Can you also trade in 240,000 bells by selling things to Tom Nook insted of spending? Also, how much does your friend have to spend in your town at Nookway for you to get Nookingtons?

Yes, it works both ways, if you buy AND sell enough stuff to equal 240,000 that fils up the requirements, and there is no set amount on how much your friends have to pay.
