What you do is on any day (other than Sunday), go to Tom Nook. Ask for Turnip Prices. If that number is higher than what you paid for each turnip, sell your white turnips and get profit. It's like the stock market. Also, turnips go bad within a week. If you want to keep them fresh, put a table in your house, then drop stuff around the table so that when you drop the turnips, they go onto the table. Then they will never rot.
