Date of Question: Sep 7 2009 | Question ID: 145913 At the town hall and in my town, I've heard residents call Pete a slacker. I know he's someone like Pelly or Phyllis, but when does he come out? I've only seen Pyllis and Pelly. Thanks for answering!

He doesn't appear at Town Hall. He's the one that delivers mail. Every week, he will appear randomly on two days, at either 9:00AM or 5:00PM (those are when mail is delivered). If you are in a building, he will not appear. Also, he doesn't appear if anyone else is in your town (like Joan). He files in the sky, so shoot him down with your slingshot.

Is that the bird in the sky as I saw a bird in the sky on my game but I didnt have a slingshot so I couldent shoot it down
