Lots of questions

1st: How can I get more neighbors? I have 8 of them.
2nd: How can I see Blanca? What do I need to do?
3rd: When is the Flower Festival and what do you do there?
4th: I need some town tunes. Anyone know twinkle twinkle little stars? If you do please tell me.
5th: How can I set my DS to immigration mode?

OK that's it!!! PLEASE ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THANKS SO MUcH WHOEVER ANSWERS ALL THESE QUESTIONS!!!!!

1)You can't get anymore neighbors if you have 8
2)I don't know who Blkanca is.
3)Some day in May or June.
4)I don't know twinkle twinkle little star but I know the mario theme it's ee_hold_e_hold_ce_hold_G_hold_sleep sleep g_hold_sleep
5)I don't think there is an immigration mode.

Here is some of the answers to these questions. 1. You can only have 8 neighbors, you can't get anymore until someone moves. 2. Blanca will randomly appear in your town. When she does, talk to her and you will be able to draw her a face.

Sorry I can't answer the other questions, but I hope this helped.

Blanca only appears when you connect to Nintendo Wifi. Just go to Booker, open your gate on Nintendo Wifi, then close it. The next day, Blanca should be there (that's how it knows someone else drew it's face). The flower festival is in May, just plant a lot of different flowers near your house and you get a trophy. As for immigration mode (I wouldn't call it a "mode" to be exact), at the main menu, instead of continue, select Other Things and then Immigration. That's all I know.

1. You can't have more.
2. After one wifi connection you may see her the next day. You can draw on her face and talk to her. 3. Not much you plant some flowers (you can get some from other neighbour's gardens and plant them in yours, evil laugh >Smile)
4. No idea sorry..
5. Yeah.. You can at The Town Hall. There's a option that says moving and you can move to another town if you wish!
