To get Nookingtons (Toms last upgrade then you need to have someone visit your town and you have to spend 240,000. If you don't know anyone who has animal crossing then you might find someone on here to give you there friend code, if you have wifi. If you havent been given a friend code, go talk to copper in the town gate and ask about the friend code, he will give you one. To find someone who is willing to give you there friend code look through the forum and there will be some friend codes in there. I hope I helped
