Where do I get him and when do I get him and I know that I use a sling shot

He just comes at random times during the week when there isn't another visitor. He normally comes at 32 minutes past the hour and normally within the first hour of starting gameplay. When he comes you have to shoot hiim down with a slingshot which is quite tricky and I've only ever got him twice. Then he will fall down into your village and ask you to help hm fix his spaceship, so you have to collect all the pieces of his ship and then he gives you a rare piece of furniture.

I've seen him once...I wasnt equipped with a slingshot at the time...
