GOLDEN FISHING ROD?

I caught all the fish, but I didn't get the fishing rod. Can someone who's got it tell me if they got it through the mail? Or do I have to talk to someone? Because I only just caught them all, so I was thinking maybe it'll come through the mail tomorrow. But, please let me know, so I know how to get it.

Rawr I kinda forgot....

I know you do have to catch all the fish....
I think it comes to you in the mail in a couple days....

I think you gotz to Donate all the fish you catch to the Muesuem or something.

I think you talk to the owl guy in the musuem.I cacth every fish except the Tuna.I caught it in my other town in Fall.that when my dumb sister rebuild it

All you have 2 do is bury you're Fishing rod for a while and it will be golden.

Ok I'm not sure that Wat the other people say are true
But when you catch all the fish the Mayer will be
At your house waiting for you so
You talk to him and he'll give you the golden Fishing rod

I got all golden items and I am mayor of my town
I added in a bus stop, took out Fishing/bug torny
Cause I allways win em.
I paid off all my morgages and my town is still in perfect condition, and tom nooks is fully upgraded do you know how awesome it is to be mayor of your town,
I added in a town christmas tree to decorate
I added in halloween,ect ect....

I know how to get all the golden obgjects:
Fishing ROD: catch all the fish then the next thing you will catch is the golden fishing rod
NET: catch all the Bugs
AXE: this is to long so ill do it the easy way :joan>redturnip>wendell>turban>saraha>chair>tortimer>
Scallop>pascal
SLINGSHOT:shoot down 15 or 16 presents
SHOVEL:get to shovels bury 1 dig it up 24 hours later
