You need to find the special items that they want. For Tom Nook, you will need a Red Vase. K.K. Slider needs a Country Guitar. Pascal's pic is acquired by a scallop. These items can be obtained through item trade chains. When Wendell the Walrus visits yuor town, give him a red turnip(any size). He'll give you either a Country Guitar(K.K.) or a turban. If you get the turban, give it to Saharah when she visits. You'll then get either a red vase(Tom Nook), or a massage chair. When Tortimer holds an event(like the Bug-Off), give him the massage chair to get the scallop. Give this scallop to Pascal whenever he visits your town(usually on Tuesdays). He'll either give you a Golden Axe(won't ever break) or his picture. To get Pelly and Phylliss pictures, you need to save a lot of money(100,000,000 for Pelly's and 500,000,000 for Phyllis'). First thing you'll need is a red turnip from Joan. She comes every Sunday morning and won't always carry red turnips. With the red turnip, next time Wendell the Walrus comes, he'll ask for food. Give him the red turnip. In return he should give you either the turban or the country guitar. If he gives you the country guitar, give it to K.K. Slider for his pic. K.K. Is around at The Roost (Coffee shop at The Museum) On Saturday nights between 8:00 p.m. And 12:00 p.m. But if Wendell gave you the turban, give it to Saharah the Camel when she's in town next. She should give you the Red Vase or the Massage chair. If the Red vase, give it to Crazy Redd. (The guy who owns the balck market, a green tent that is by your town hall every now and then.) Crazy Redd will then give you the safe. Give the safe to Nook for his picture. But if you got the massage chair from Saharah, give it to the Mayor at the next holiday. Tortimer should give you the Scallop. Give the scallop to Pascal (Pascal is a redish beaver that stands on the platforn of your beach every now and then.) Pascal will give you the golden axe or his pic. It's a long and hard process because you have to track all these people down, and sometimes they visit your town in the wrong order.
