I know you can get Tom Nook's, Pelly's, Pelly's sister (forgot her name), and K.K.'s pictures. But can you get Mabel's, Sabels, blather's or any one elses? (not including neighbors). And if you can, how do you get them?

I'm not sure about the ones you've mentioned but you can get Pascal's picture. On other cheats it says you need to trade it for a scallop but I actually got it just by talking to him and he gave it to me instead of a piece of furniture. I don't think you can get Mabel or Sabel's picture but I might be wrong. Hope this helps! P.s Pelly's sister is called Phyllis
